What locations do you ship to?
Our standard shipping rate is free shipping on all orders over $85 dollars. We're currently running a special on shipping. Free shipping on all orders over $40 dollars. Depending on your location and high-volume seasonal shipping seasons, transit times may vary from location to location.
How long does an order take to arrive?
All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible. Your order will be processed logistically through our warehouse locations so that we can expedite your order to offer the best and quickest transit time for your purchase. All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. upon completion of your order transit times may vary depending on your location. 7-10 business days for all orders within the USA and 10-20 business days for international orders. Again, depending on your location, you may receive your order much earlier. Please allow for delays in transit time during peak season due to postal and courier delays, customs processing on international orders and natural disasters are beyond our control.
Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Tracking numbers will be sent out via email, soon as your order has been shipped. Once you are issued a tracking number you can receive updates on your shipment directly and be notified of any unforeseen delays beyond our control.
What do I do if my order is lost In Transit?
If your order is lost in transit, returned due to incorrect address information, held at customs or returned for any reason, no need to worry, we're here to service you. if it gets lost in transit, we will replace and ship (at no extra cost to you) another package with priority shipping and tracking information. please refer to our shipping and return policy for when these unforeseen situations may take place.
Customs and International orders
All prices and orders are originated in the US. prices are on our website are displayed in USD, with all taxes covered on our end. However, depending on your location and laws in your area, you may be liable for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import duties, taxes, and related custom fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination. this will be determined at your local customs office. please seek additional information and guidance from your local customs office based on you location. These fees, additional charges and laws of compliance are your responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs dept. in your country.
